Panic - emergency fix
If you have an emergency, we will look into your situation as soon as we can. Pre-payment has to be made.
Our price for emergency handling of your complaint is 4000 USD. This include a maximum of 3 full days of work on your case. All direct costs mut be paid prior to spending.

Standby - 200 USD / months
If you have all in control, this might be your preferred option. We will be standby in case you need our assistance. Services are limited to correspondence through emails or phone calls. Service limited to one incident per months.
For standby customers, we will not be handling any major incident but only those which can be handled within two working hours in total.

Basic plan - 1400 USD / months
For extra comfort and security, sign up for our basic plan, which contains much more than the standby plan.
We will reply to you and your customer within 24 hours.

Optimize plant - from 4000 USD
If you want to optimize your plant for complaint handling towards Japan, please ask for a quotation. The price all depends on the scale of the plant and the time we need to optimize your plant for complaint handling.
