This plan is for you, who just want to check out our service. For a very affordable price, you get a high quality service guaranteeing you a minimum of security in case of a complaint from a Japanese customer.

Service content

Our "standby plan" will cover your most basic need of information of what to do next, in case of a complaint from Japan.
When you get a complaint, you can contact us to request a zoom meeting. We will respond as soon as possible, guaranteed response within 48 hours.
We will have a Zoom conversation not longer than 30 minutes. During the Zoom conversation, you will explain the situation to us, and we will let you know how to proceed to the next step to solve the situation.
Our work and advise will cover things like:
1. When you sign up, we will have a brief look at your website to understand your product and business.

2. When you contact us for assistance, we will listen to the issue to assess the situation, leading to an overall assessment, whether the complaint is critical or not. Often such a Zoom conversation will reveal the true issue behind the complaint.

3. Informing you the next steps of how to solve the complaint
All practical work, such as communicating with your Japanese customer, investigating at your plant and find the final solution, writing an explanation letter etc., you will have to do yourself. This is not included in the standby plan. Upgrade to one of the other plans, if you need further assistance.
